Below is the support ticket form listed under the heading "My PWH Support"
- First Enter your email address on the first line next to the envelope icon where you see the word "Requester" this is you.
- Next Please enter your issue inside the [ ] where you see the word "issue" .
- An example subject line:
- Support Ticket for My PWH: [Need help with Chat Board]
The last box is there to tell us as much information as you can so we can troubleshoot and help. Make sure to provide the following information:
- Your full name (First and Last Name)
- Email (Your Username/Login)
- If you are a Mentor or Mentee?
- What is the particular issue you are experiencing related to?
- What internet browser are you using?
- How do you access your account? (PC, Mac, Tablet, or etc?)
Last, please describe the technical issue you are experiencing with as much detail as you can provide. For example:
- When did this happen?
- How did it happen - in other words what steps were you taking when the problem occurred?
In addition please feel free to attach pictures or documentation using the Paper clip icon at the bottom left of the support form.
